OUTSTANDING FEATURES:

-Fan Housing is HEAVY GAUGE STEEL with angle iron rings welded on each end for superior strength. Eight holes in angle rings for easy mounting.
-Standard Construction: 225 Deg. F.
-Special “Dye-Vat Construction”: 375 Deg. F
-Special “Smoke & Heat Fan ”: 800 Deg. F
(Our Smoke & Heat Fan can only sustain operation at
800 Deg. F for a limited period of time. Consult with
us for specific details)
-Motors: ONLY HIGH QUALITY INDUSTRIAL MOTORS are used. Fans with motors are completely assembled, drives properly adjusted, and FACTORY TESTED BEFORE SHIPPING. Motors are TEFC, Explosion Proof, or Mill & Chemical Duty.
-Cast Steel and Turned Steel Sheaves
-Adjustable Motor Bases
-Bearings are located in the Belt Tube, removed from the contaminated airstream. Belt Tube Interior is protected from contaminated air in duct by WATER SLINGER, DUST COVER AND SHAFT SEALS. (NOTE: Bearings must be protected by Weather Cover or other means from contaminated air, exterior to the fan, at installation.)

Application:
These Direct Drive Tubeaxial Fans are recommended for duct applications in Mills, Mines, Foundries, Factories, or wherever fumes, dust, smoke or steam must be removed.
-Propellers are non-sparking Cast Aluminum.
-Drum made from Heavy Gauge Steel. Welded Construction. Angle Iron Flanges on each end of drum with eight mounting holes for ease in mounting in duct.
-Motors: ONLY HIGH QUALITY INDUSTRIAL MOTORS are used. TEFC and Explosion Proof.
-Model DF Fans may be specified for any application where it is permissible to allow the motor to run in the air stream.

-Fan Guards- ½" OSHA approved safety guards for use on inlet or outlet of fan.
