Print Checklist
What we need from you for proper propeller selection
For DIRECT DRIVEN Fans:
-Exact Tip to Tip Diameter (for propeller to fit into your existing fan housing)
-Number of Blades on Old Propeller being replaced
-Motor Horsepower
-Motor RPM
-Bore Diameter (Diameter of Motor Shaft)
-Rotation (Clockwise or Counter-Clockwise). Rotation is the direction the propeller is turning while BLOWING AT YOU.
-What type of fan style ? (Roof Exhaust, Wall Exhaust, Tube Axial Duct Fan, Circulation Fan, etc.)
-Do you have a specific rated capacity you require for the replacement propeller ? (CFM – Cubic Feet per Minute Airflow), and Static Pressure (inches of water column). This would be helpful if available if the fan is connected to existing ductwork.
For BELT DRIVEN Fans:
-Exact Tip to Tip Diameter (for propeller to fit into your existing fan housing)
-Number of Blades on Old Propeller being replaced
-Motor Horsepower
-Motor RPM
-Bore Diameter (Diameter of Fan Shaft)
-Propeller RPM (or Fan Speed). If you don’t know this, please provide the diameter of the Motor Pulley and Fan Pulley, and we can set up a mathematical proportion to determine the RPM of the old fan propeller.
-Motor Pulley Diameter
-Fan Pulley Diameter
