Explosion Proof Package Wall Fans simplify mounting in block, concrete, or metal wall. Hence can be used for exhaust or intake fans (with intake damper & weather-hood). And provides correct spacing between propeller and shutter.

APPLICATION FOR EXPLOSION PROOF ROOF EXHAUST FANS:
Model DRV Direct Driven Roof Exhaust Fans are used where it is acceptable to have motor directly in the air stream. When air stream temperatures exceed 104 Deg. F., special higher temperature motors must be used.

APPLICATION FOR EXPLOSION PROOF TUBE AXIAL DUCT FANS:
Hence paint booth and Spray booth applications. And Cast Aluminum Propellers (non-sparking). Also can be used in high moisture or contaminated airstreams. And ideally suited for use on industrial parts washers for excess water vapor removal. Also suitable for use in dry-off ovens, kilns and low temperature furnaces to 375°F with the addition of high temperature package.

- Hence bearings located in a sealed watertight chamber and protected by a water slinger and shaft seal.
- And standard propellers are cast aluminum; carbon steel and stainless steel propellers also available.
- Also standard construction suitable to 225°F and up to 375°F with high temperature package. Fabricated steel propeller is standard above 275°F.
- And available in 304 or 316 stainless steel construction for harsh or contaminated environments.
